Whole Duck: Mature duck, with head, feet, and wings; feathers and entrails removed.
Boneless Breast Meat without Wing: With the breast as the material, the wing meat is removed to obtain the breast meat.
Boneless Defatted: With the duck leg meat as the material, fatty parts are removed. |
